1. Do you create commissioned animal portraits?

Yes. Sharan accepts commissions for custom animal portraits, including pets and wildlife. If you would like to commission a unique piece, please visit the Commissions page or get in touch to discuss your ideas.

2. What print materials are available?

Fine art prints are available on carefully selected premium materials, including 310gsm Cotton Rag Paper and Fine Art Canvas. Each option is chosen to showcase the exceptional detail, colour, and quality of the original pastel artwork.

3. What sizes are available?

Each artwork is available in a selection of sizes. Simply open the product page and choose your preferred size and material before adding your order to the cart.

4. How long will my order take?

As every print is professionally produced to order, production and delivery times may vary. Once your order has been processed, you'll receive confirmation and shipping updates.

5. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order. The total shipping cost will always be displayed before payment is completed.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available to selected countries. Available shipping options and costs will be calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery address.

7. What is your return policy?

As each fine art print is made to order, returns are generally not accepted for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your print, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs, and we will be happy to assist.

8. Are the prints signed?

Selected prints may be available with a signature. If you would like more information about signed editions, please contact us before placing your order.
